Hey there!
Hi, I’m Valeria, mommy to Sammy, wife to my other half, in love with the Most High King. These are our stories, thought processes, revelations, frustrations, words of wisdom, and we want to share it all with other parents. Motherhood has changed me and it’s been therapeutic to put into words emotions, thoughts, and prayers to process it all. I hope that by reading these words your heart will find comfort, peace, and rest knowing that every mama is going through what you’re going through right now. Whether it be joy, frustration, happiness, or even self doubt, we’ve been there, we’re going through it, and we’re here for each other. Let the light, splendor, and love of the Father fill every page, saturate every word, and penetrate every heart that scrolls on here ♥️
Thanks for visiting!
About Me

Hi, I’m Valeria, Val for short. My life is not too crazy or eventful but it is beautiful and full of all the greater things in life. Full time and first time mom to the chunkiest boy to ever live, Samuel David Charran. We live in our cozy home in Miami, FL. Surrounded by family and friends who love our baby boy. My husband is a cellist who plays professionally around South Florida and Sammy and I get to enjoy the beauty of music everyday.
I never thought I’d be a stay at home mom. I’m too ambitious, can’t sit still, and need to be working on something to feel productive. But when the opportunity arose and the stars aligned perfectly for me to be able to quit my job as a paralegal and stay home with our son, I took it immediately and didn’t think twice about it. And it’s the most fulfilling job I’ve ever taken on.
My husband and I started this journey to parenthood with no idea what to expect or even where to start. Sammy is only 2 months old and in those two short months we’ve learned so much about ourselves and the God who entrusted us with this tiny boy.
Thank you for joining us in our journey!
